A Pause in the Dreamland Roller Disco Magic in Pro A Pause in the Dreamland Roller Disco Magic in Prospect Park…. This time of year, we’re usually welcoming you back to Prospect Park for another summer of sparkle, soul, and skates. But this season is different. After 11 incredible years of Dreamland Roller Disco magic in Prospect Park, our 12th season is on hold. Prospect Park has brought in a new corporation to operate the LeFrak Center, and left the decision whether or not to continue Dreamland Roller Disco fully in their hands. The rink is currently under renovation, with plans to reopen in mid-July—but as of now, we don’t know if Dreamland will be part of that future. While we remain hopeful we do not have any confirmation. What we’ve created together isn’t just an event series—it’s a beloved Brooklyn tradition and a joyful, inclusive community. As a small local business, this uncertainty is deeply challenging—but we’re staying hopeful. We’re so grateful for your support, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
